Mill Creek Arkansas Spring Ride Thread

RE: Mill Creek Arkansas Spring Ride Thread
Looking to put a group together for a fun weekend. April 23 rd and 24 th. Now I will be there Friday night and would like to meet at White Rock Saturday morning to have a good starting place. From there we would go to the 3 waterfalls entrance, and go to all 3. Now a stock FJ without running boards could do this, but needed skills. Lots of brush and limbs, hard to avoid, but never made any permanent scratches on our rig. If group is small enough, around 6 or 8, we would like to camp at waterfall # 3.

RE: Mill Creek Arkansas Spring Ride Thread
We are getting close to our Memorial day weekend ride event. Saddly. this could be our last Mill Creek Arkansas ride. Carol and I went there 4 Wheeling a few weeks ago and the camp grounds have shrunk to 1/3 the size and the side by side traffic was all we saw besides 2 dirt bikes and I feel that it is getting too crowded with these side by sides and unsafe to cruise on the trails. Still Awesome place with all the waterfalls and scenery, but the guys are complaining that it is to far. So now is your chance to check it out and will have a big group coming down and always a good time. Looking at a alternative area close by and plan on scouting this out while we are there.

RE: Mill Creek Arkansas Spring Ride Thread
Lots of riders have been asking for WFO TRAILRIDERS fender arch stickers and many WFO TRAILRIDERS need new ones. Got a hold of TNT graphics that I have used in the past and should be on the way. Now I checked other graphic companies and the wanted around $7.00 a set. Can't afford that would be $280.00 for 40. I have given out over 200 stickers in the last 7 years.

40 sets of fender arches/4 different colors $2.85 40 $114.00
Subtotal $114.00
Shipping and handling $6.50
Total $120.50 USD
Amount Paid $120.50 USD , Good price and not going to be able to get that deal much longer.

Mulberry Mountain full, Walker and Vinny should be there along with about 10 or more early
Thursday and I gave them WFO posters to mark campgrounds. Be prepared for rain. There are a few alternative camp spots above and below main campgrounds.
Woohoo

RE: Mill Creek Arkansas Spring Ride Thread
Unfortunately this will be last Mill Creek Arkansas run ever for WFO TRAILRIDERS. NOW THEY HAVE CLOSED MOST TRAILS AND SIT AND WAIT FOR YOU TO MAKE A MISTAKE. IT'S CALLED
ENTRAPMENT. OUR GROUP FINED $2, 250.00 . I am going to do some work on this. WFO TRAILRIDERS have always worked with Forest Rangers, talked about what is legal and what is not, helped in search and rescue many times, pick up others trash and always helping others on the trail. We had just help a side by side hanging on the edge of a cliff and got it back on the trail with most of the 11 riders on this run. We just came off the Blue run and crossed a 100 foot section of illegal trail, unmarked with any sign going out, when we were ambushed by Ranger waiting. They knew it was not marked as illegal. The worst part the guy was just a jerk the whole time threatening to haul any one of to jail just asking questions.
